Braeside Safaris is a family owned and managed establishment that has been operating for over 12 years. With owners that hold a deep passion and understanding of the hunting world, they bring to you authentic, untamed African hunting safaris.
It all began with one passionate hunter, Ashley King, who followed his passion for hunting and has over 30 years of experience. With extensive knowledge in this field, Ashley King decided to share his passion with people all over the world, looking to explore the big, beautiful African hunting landscape. Since our establishment in 2012, Braeside Safaris has grown exponentially, by expanding our grounds and adding on additions to our farms, to enhance the experience for those visiting us.
Family-owned and run establishment, we take pride in sharing our family’s passion with yours. We offer extraordinary opportunities for families to bond outdoors, and share new, meaningful experiences by immersing themselves in the African wilderness. There is nothing more special than enjoying a stunning sunrise at the peak of a rugged mountain top, and watching your kid take their very first aim. Our goal is to create shared moments in nature, where our visitors can form a deeper appreciation for nature, whilst enjoying the camaraderie that accompanies such an activity.
The rich biodiversity of our two locations is incomparable. From the luscious grass hills that resemble Scottish landscapes, to our thick African Acacia trees, and of course the steep rocky mountains, Braeside Safaris offers hunters the thrill of experiencing a diverse range of terrains. And with over 130 000 acres of low fence hunting grounds to explore, no two trips at our concession are the same.
Furthermore, our abundance of majestic plains game and regal big game are sights that no hunter should miss. With the chance to get up close with some truly beautiful animals such as nyala, big kudu, and vaal rhebuck, you begin to truly appreciate the beauty of nature.
